Description:
Attract and identify a pool of potential employees, encourage them to apply for positions within our organization, and hire qualified the candidates. Individuals performance will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, achieving financial goals and objectives and on providing quality customer service.
Essential Functions:
Analyze and prioritize job requisitions as forwarded by Account Manager.
Market AlliedBarton as an employer-of-choice through a variety of contact sources.
Visit client sites to more accurately assess staffing needs, job requirements and to perform retention activities.
Determine suitability of applicants based on the application and personal interviews.
Refer applicants to Account Managers for second interviews as required.
Perform appropriate background checks/tests on acceptable candidates to include: employment, education, drug, psychological, criminal, motor vehicle, social security
Complete related clerical aspects of the application, licensing (where applicable), and hiring process in compliance with AlliedBarton procedures.
Coordinate training date, uniform requirements and reporting instructions with Account Managers, as assigned or as required.
Keep records and prepare accurate and timely reports through automated methods.
Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly objectives as set by District Manager or Region Director of HR.
