Job Description: 
  • Process inbound calls to the point of resolution, including customer inquiries and requests for assistance pertaining to company information
  • Update data base and create trouble tickets in order to identify common issues and trends
  • Escalate calls to Tier II or Tier III associates based on reason for call
  • Must continually meet or exceed a minimum performance standard set forth by management
  • Must be able to assist customers utilizing business tools such as multi line phone system, email and fax
  • Ability to manage, prioritize and organize a variety of functions relating to the Customer Service Department
  • Reviews and updates customer records in database.
  • Resolves problems and refers unresolved ones to the responsible party.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Education, training, experience: 
  • Candidate must have a minimum of two years of successful call center experience experience, have some computer experience, and be detail-oriented
  • Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, customer service and language skills
  • Have high school diploma or GED degree with some college preferred
  • Have the ability to read, interpret and retain company-related information
  • Promote company image through professional service actions maintaining a helpful attitude and pleasant demeanor
  • Be dependable, be flexible and have a strong work ethic
  • Have proven abilities to perform well under stress and to effectively multi-task without sacrificing quality output
  • Have a strong willingness and ability to learn
  • Must demonstrate positive energy
  • Requires computer database experience and a working knowledge of MS Office
  • Be willing to prove key abilities through related skills testing
  • Have a strong command of the written and spoken English language
  • Be a US citizen per contract guidelines
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

    Travel:
  • Intermittent travel may be required as necessary
