Job Description:
Seeking an experienced RN Director of Nursing/Patient Care Coordinator (PCC). Responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient/family care and support; also facilitates communication and interaction among personnel providing services to terminally ill patients. PCC is a RN Supervisor - oversees our clinical staff and coordinates compassionate end of life care for our hospice patients and their families. Must be willing to provide direct patient care. Education, training, experience:
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a HealthCare setting is preferred. Tennessee RN license, required. Excellent computer skills are a must.
