Job Description:
Caris HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and skillful Social Worker for Springfield, TN and surrounding communities. This position is responsible for the development and delivery of social work services, promotes access to funding mechanisms for patients in need of care and promotes interdisciplinary collaboration for the support of emotional and social well-being of patients and families. Education, training, experience:
At least one year of Social Work experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Bachelor Degree in Social Work, required. Master Degree in Social Work preferred. The ideal candidate has hospice or home health experience. Computer skills are required.
