Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct and define the methods, processes and systems for partnership sales management, contract development and partnership marketing elements for Gaylord Entertainment.
  • Manage and direct partnership sales managers.
  • Develop and leverage supplier/partner relationships to further achieve short and long term strategic Gaylord Entertainment business goals and needs.
  • Develop and leverage supplier/partner relationships to further achieve short and long term strategic Gaylord Entertainment business goals and needs.
  • Direct and define department sales communication strategy and plans as it relates to internal clients (business units and corporate leadership), and partners .
  • Direct the negotiation of terms and conditions for renewing current alliance partnerships as well as supplier category management coordination.
  • Serve as Central Communication point across business units for Strategic Alliance department sales functions, processes and procedures.
  • Apply, refine, validate, and continually identify best practices, processes, and tools for all sales processes and department sales functions.
  • Works with Category Managers on partner alliances via procurement and contract element development.
  • Manage and monitor annual department sales budget and associated reports and statements; Report and Track all value secured via partnership alliances in the form of cash, value in kind, co-marketing and/or meetings/room night commitments.
