Job Responsibilities:
Direct and define the methods, processes and systems for partnership sales management, contract development and partnership marketing elements for Gaylord Entertainment. Manage and direct partnership sales managers. Develop and leverage supplier/partner relationships to further achieve short and long term strategic Gaylord Entertainment business goals and needs. Develop and leverage supplier/partner relationships to further achieve short and long term strategic Gaylord Entertainment business goals and needs. Direct and define department sales communication strategy and plans as it relates to internal clients (business units and corporate leadership), and partners . Direct the negotiation of terms and conditions for renewing current alliance partnerships as well as supplier category management coordination. Serve as Central Communication point across business units for Strategic Alliance department sales functions, processes and procedures. Apply, refine, validate, and continually identify best practices, processes, and tools for all sales processes and department sales functions. Works with Category Managers on partner alliances via procurement and contract element development. Manage and monitor annual department sales budget and associated reports and statements; Report and Track all value secured via partnership alliances in the form of cash, value in kind, co-marketing and/or meetings/room night commitments. Performs other duties as assigned. |
